Please read General Rules regarding general entry and passing information.


• Designs from dried plant materials, e.g., flowers, foliage, seeds, pods, peas, beans, corn, nuts (in or out of shells), grapevine, twigs, basket reeds, may be used.
• Freeze-dried fruit may be used but must be lacquered with many coats. No carved wood is permitted.
• Non-plant material (e.g., cardboard, metal, twine) may be used for construction but mechanics must not show. String and /or cording must not show.
• Clay, seashells, natural or artificial gemstones and shake-on glitter are not permitted.
• Use of endangered plant material is prohibited.
• Untreated samples of all plant materials are required to be glued to a 5” by 8” white index card and identified by common and botanical names.
• To ensure inclusion in the Flower Show all Jewelry entries that are mailed in must be received by Monday, April 24, 2006. If the entry is to be returned by mail, a self-addressed envelope or box and appropriate wrapping materials must be submitted with the exhibit.
• Entries must be received by the Passing Committee on Wednesday, April 26, 2006 between 8:30 a.m. and 12:30 p.m.
