Deadline for acquisition of Horticulture Division plant material to fulfill the six month minimum ownership requirement for special awards and Class X.

Deadline for acquisition of Horticulture Division plant material to fulfill the three month minimum ownership requirements of Classes I, II, III, IV, V, VI, VII, and IX.  
February 28, 2006                                                               
Deadline for Photography Division registration forms to be received.  
March 24, 2006                                                                  
Deadline for Photography Division entries to be received.  
April 17, 2006  
Deadline for all Flower Arrangement Division and Jewelry Division registration forms.

10:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Flower Arrangement, Horticulture, Jewelry, Photography and Special Exhibits staging begins.
10:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. Photography Division entries passed.
Academy closed to public.

TUESDAY  
10:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Staging Continues.
   
April 26, 2006  
WEDNESDAY  
8:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. Horticulture Division entries received and passed.
8:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. Jewelry Division entries received and passed.
10:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Creation of Flower Arrangement entries in place.
1:00 p.m. Horticulture exhibitors must vacate exhibition area.
   
April 27, 2006  
THURSDAY  
7:30  to 11:00 a.m. Creation of Flower Arrangement entries in place, including Challenge Class.
11:00 a.m. Deadline for completion of passing Flower Arrangement entries.
11:30 a.m. All Garden Club of Honolulu members must vacate Academy except for Flower Show, Horticulture, Flower Arrangement, Hospitality Chairmen.
12:00 noon to 4:00 p.m. Judging.
   
April 28 and 29, 2006  
FRIDAY AND SATURDAY  
8:00 to 10:00 a.m. Maintenance of entries as needed.
10:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Flower Show open to the public.
   
April 30, 2006  
SUNDAY  
12:00 to 1:00 p.m. Maintenance of entries as needed
1:00 to 5:00p.m. Flower Show open to the public.
5:00 to 5:30 p.m. Optional removal of exhibits.
   
May 1, 2006  
MONDAY  
7:30 to 9:00 a.m. Deadline for removal of all exhibits.
