CLASSES at Lyon Arboretum
In September 2008, Stepping Stones classes resumed at Lyon Arboretum. The Garden Club of Honolulu and
Lyon Arboretum jointly offer the program to the public. TGCH members are often in attendance.
Classes on a variety of horticultural subjects are taught by knowledgeable garden club members
and experts from the Honolulu community.
Classes are held between September and May. Reservations are necessary and classes often fill
up quickly. Classes are held in the main building classroom: 3860 Manoa

Humanity and the Bug - Dr. Ted Radovich
An in-depth presentation on organic or less toxic methods of bug and
disease control for the home garden.

ADVANCED REGISTRATION IS REQUIRED FOR ALL CLASSES.
You will be enrolled in the class the day your payment is received.
Class size is limited, and classes fill quickly.
Registration is taken on a first-come, first- served basis. To avoid
disappointment, register early. Payment may be made
by check or credit card.

If you are unable to attend class: Please notify Lyon
Arboretum at (808) 988-0461. A full refund, (less a $5.00 handling charge)
will be issued with a minimum 7-day advance notification before the class
date.
No refunds will be made if you fail to show up for the
class. The Arboretum reserves the right to cancel a class. A full refund
will be issued if the class is cancelled by the Arboretum.
